Become a Guru. Do you have a special skill that others will pay for? There are places on the the Internet that are always searching for stay at home writers. A person with skills involving using a computer or special knowledge of a program like Photoshop or Quickbooks can find lucrative job offers. Freelance writers are also desired. In order to locate these jobs, just search in the Services section of Craigslist or visit the Marketplace section of DigitalPoint forums or Sitepoint forums. A lot of people are earning a good income providing their skills that no one else can do.

No matter how little you know, there is a way for you to make extra money during this period of economic downturn. Just get out there and apply yourself and search for the opportunites. You never know, you just might find something that you love doing and create a new business.

Practice with this for a while and you’ll soon be discovering keyword rich hot prodcuts and services.

Ebay is one place that few marketers think to look for Niche ideas. Ebay has a section that will show you the most popular selling products. This can also give you ideas on what to sell on ebay and on the Internet as well. The section you want to look for is called Ebay Pulse. You can also drill down to find which specfic prodcuts are hot. For example, iPods are always hot on Ebay. But which color? Use Ebay Pulse to find which color or which model is hot.

Discovering a hot selling product or service is not difficult. You just have to know where to look in order to find them. Picking an affiliate product just because it has a high payout is a sure fire way to fail. Pick something you know about and then research it to see if there is a demand for it. Have patience and stick with building traffic to your website or blog and you’ll start to see results.
